We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below:
•Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products only.
•Items must be in original packaging with seals, shrink wrap, or hygiene stickers intact.
•Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
•Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products.
•Items with broken seals or damaged packaging.
•Sale or promotional items, unless faulty.
Refunds & Exchanges:
•Refunds issued to original payment method or store credit once the returned item passes inspection.
•Exchanges only if the wrong product was sent, the product was damaged in delivery, or defective (e.g., pump not working).
Damaged/Faulty Products:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
